Returns & Exchanges
30 Day Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing an Down To Fest™ product. If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund for 30 days from the date the original order was placed. The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Contact us prior to returning any item for a replacement, exchange or refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and email contact information. We will communicate the best way to return your items given the vendor we are dealing with. Please be advised you will be responsible for return shipping.
What we will do: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund your purchase through the payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees fees are not refundable. After the 30 day return period, Down To Fest™ reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit.
Defective Product Returns
We make sure all of our vendors perform multiple quality checks on each item to help ensure what we deliver meets our quality standards. Even with extensive testing, we realize that it is possible to receive a damaged or defective component. If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will repair or replace the item. Email email@example.com with your order number and we will communicate to you the best method to have this handled.
What we will do: Within 30 days of the original order, simply contact us and we will email a pre-paid postage label to return the damaged item or component. You do not have to return the entire order, only the component(s) that are defective. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.
We cannot offer repair or exchange for items that have been abused, destroyed by the user, installed incorrectly, lost or stolen.
We know it can be size clothing online. Sometimes the color might not translate to what you thought it would be in real life also... We understand! Down To Fest™ will exchange unused, clean, unwashed items, with tags attached in the original packaging and in brand new condition for 30 days for a new variant of your items.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for your new purchase. We will let you know the best shipping method.
What we will do: Upon receipt and inspection of the unworn item to be exchanged, we will ship a replacement.

Products returned to Down To Fest™ must arrive odor free, clean, unwashed, un-worn, in original packaging and in brand-new condition. We will not accept returned garments that show any signs of use. All items must be returned within 30 days of the initial order date - shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
On average, items take about 7-10 business days to receive
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
